Concord Home And Outbuilding Destroyed By Fire
CONCORD, N.C. — A total of 25 firefighters responded to a Concord home and outbuilding up in flames Thursday night.
Fire officials say crews arrived within three minutes to the reported house fire on 220 Green Drive SW in Concord.
At the scene, firefighters say they noticed a mobile home with fire throughout and an outbuilding that was fully involved in fire.
Crews quickly began attacking the separate fires and conducted a rapid search of the home to locate any victims.
Officials say no victims were found and the fire was brought under control after 10 minutes.
The Concord Fire Department was assisted by Concord Police and Cabarrus County EMS.
The City of Concord Electrical Utilities Department also helped.
Detectives are currently investigating the cause of the fire.
Officials say the mobile home and outbuilding are a total loss due to fire damage.
