Trevor Edey from the Speedway Club at Charlotte Motor Speedway joined us this morning to cook up the Notorious BLT Burger.

The Notorious BLT Burger

  • 1 brioche style bun
  • 1 special blend ground sirloin patty stuffed with tomato basil cheddar
  • 1/2 cup pickled jalapeno
  • BLT slaw
  • 1/4 cup remoulade sauce
  • 1 fried green tomato
  • 1 tablespoon bacon jam
