CHARLOTTE, N.C.β Police are searching for a suspect who allegedly shot a man while they were sitting in a car early Monday morning in east Charlotte.
According to a police report, the shooting happened just before 6am on North Sharon Amity Road near Shamrock Drive.
The victim was taken to a local hospital by a private vehicle.Β Police say he is expected to recover from his injuries.
