Charlotte Knights Using Local Businesses To Bring New Food Experience To Fans
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Charlotte Knights are working with local businesses to bring a new food experience to fans at Truist Field. New Executive Chef Kyle Van Hess says he is bringing the best tortillas in the world to fans by partnering with Lupitas Carniceria and Tortilleria on South Boulevard.
The Knights will be receiving roughly 40 pounds of tortillas a day from the local business. The company makes fresh, pressed tortillas daily.
The Knights are also continuing their partnership with Birdsong Brewing Company by offering a blonde ale called “All Knight Long.” The beer will be for sale inside the ballpark and available in select outlets across North Carolina. The Belgian blonde ale is said to have a nice golden color, dry finish, a slight sweetness and 4.5 percent alcohol by volume.
Tickets for Knights games are available HERE. The first home game will be Tuesday, April 12th at 6:35pm against the Memphis Redbirds. Fans will get to watch free fireworks after the show.
