Beautiful Friday With Showers On Saturday

Showers return Saturday, but it will not be a holiday weekend washout

An area of high pressure will briefly build in behind the cold front allowing for a stunning Good Friday. The cold front that passes the region today will stall to our south before creeping northward on Saturday, resulting in showers. Easter Sunday looks mostly cloudy and dry for most of the day with showers returning late.

Tonight: Scattered showers and isolated storms then clearing. Low temperatures near 50 degrees.

Friday: Sunny and dry. High temperatures top out in the low to mid 70s with winds out of the northeast then southeast.

Saturday: A front will stall to our south bringing showers to the area on Saturday. Isolated thunderstorms are possible, but it does not look like anything severe.

Easter Sunday: Mostly cloudy and dry through most of the day. Showers return late Sunday into Monday. High temperatures top out near 70 degrees.

Changes to kick off next week: It will be a much cooler start to the week with high temperatures on Monday only topping out in the low to mid 60s with scattered showers and more clouds.
