Amélie’s French Bakery To Open NoDa Location On April 28
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Amélie’s French Bakery and Café will be starting fresh with the grand opening of its new NoDa bakery on April 28.
The flagship café, located on North Davidson Street, will officially close its doors on Friday, April 22 at 10 p.m.
The new bakery, located at 136 East 36th Street, will be open to the the public on Thursday, April 28 at 7 a.m.
“This is an emotional time for us, filled with excitement and many wonderful memories at 2424 N. Davidson. Although we will miss it, we are happy to stay in the NoDa neighborhood and be less than 1 mile from our flagship. We are grateful to have this opportunity to turn a new page and give our regulars something new to look forward to,” said Frank Reed, Amélie’s CEO and co-founder.
The café off 36th Street features large windows throughout, big peek-a-boos into the bakery, 24 foot wide Eiffel tower replica art installation, private patio and abstract curved overhang above the ordering section.
Guests should expect Amélie’s famous pastries, sandwiches, salads and more on the menu.
The NoDa Bakery on East 36 Street will have the following operating hours: Sunday through Thursday 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday through Saturday 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.
