YORK CO., S.C. — More than a dozen breweries are participating in York County’s YoCo Brew Trail this year.
Back for its third consecutive year, officials say the Trail has adopted the use of an official passport, a free, physical guide for visitors to explore the area.
Officials say the passport is a new way to support the York County’s growing craft beer scene.
“It is exciting to see the growth of the craft beer community in York County,” said Ben Lee, Co- Founder/Owner of Slow Play Brewing. “Tourism is a critical component of our business and initiatives like the YoCo Brew Trail that bring new customers through our doors directly impacts our ability to be successful.”
How the Trail works:
- Pick up a YoCo Brew Trail passport at any participating brewery.
- Visit at least 10 YoCo Brew Trail locations and collect passport stamps at each stop.
- Claim your FREE custom YoCo Brew Trail pint glass at the York County Visitor’s Center (130 East Main Street, Rock Hill, S.C.) or the Anne Springs Close Greenway Canteen (2570 Lake Haigler Drive, Fort Mill, S.C.).
