CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A 34-year-old man was found shot and injured at an adult arcade in east Charlotte Friday morning, sparking an investigation, according to police.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg police responded to La Casa Skilled Based Games, located on East W.T. Harris Boulevard, around 5 a.m. in reference to an assault with a deadly weapon call for service.
Upon arrival at the scene, officers located an adult suffering from a gunshot wound.
Through an investigation, the police department determined that the victim had been robbed by the use of a deadly weapon and shot.
The investigation into this case is active and ongoing.
