New Science Reveals Exactly How Much Sleep You Should Get Every Night

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — We know exactly how many hours of sleep you should get every night. The study, published in the scientific journal Nature Aging, found middle aged adults who get at least 7 hours of shut-eye are likely to have stronger memories and a better ability to learn new things.

The data also show insufficient and excessive sleep can reduced your ability to pay attention, remember and learn new things.
