Discussion:
Temps continue to climb with highs back in the upper 80s today. A few storms will likely pop this afternoon, but severe threat remains low outside of some small hail chances. A front moves through tomorrow afternoon as highs soar to near 90. Typical summertime thunderstorms are likely, but an isolated severe storm or two with damaging wind and hail will be something to watch for. Slightly cooler night into Thursday morning with patchy fog possible. We’ll keep scattered storm chances in the forecast Thursday with highs back in the mid-80s. Another disturbance will slide through Friday and this one is a little more concerning in terms of potential severe threat for Friday afternoon. The weekend will bring one last disturbance that will keep temps near 80 Saturday with ongoing rain and storm chances. Much cooler Saturday night with temps falling to the mid-50s and highs in the low 70s Sunday.
