Pedistrian Killed After Being Struck By Train On Old Concord Road In Northeast Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police are investigating after a pedestrian was hit and killed by an Amtrak train in northeast Charlotte, according to emergency personnel. The accident happened around 7am on Friday, April 14th on Old Concord Road at Suther Road. MEDIC says the pedestrian was pronounced dead on the scene.
