Should People Charged With Crimes Against Children Be Allowed To Have More Kids?

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — North Carolina native, Sterling Cummings, is facing charges of  first-degree murder and felony child abuse in connection with the death of his 3-month-old son. Ten years ago, he went to prison for shaking his first son, who was later adopted out of foster care.
