CHARLOTTE, N.C. – For the first time ever, you can place your bets on the Special Olympics World Games. The Games started on Saturday. Forbes Magazine says the athletes are adults and children with intellectual disabilities who range from gifted, world-class competitors to average athletes to those with limited physical ability.
