CHARLOTTE, NC — In this Carolina InSight, we are featuring Charlotte-Mecklenburg Animal Care & Control (ACC) and its partnership with Subaru South Charlotte and the Subaru Loves Pets initiative.  ACC is dedicated to helping the people and pets of Charlotte & Mecklenburg County by providing a variety of medical and support services.
