COLUMBIA, S.C. – Edward Walick, 45, was arrested on six charges of an alleged connection to the sexual exploitation of a minor, announced by South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson.
A press release states that Walick is being charged for one count of second degree sexual exploitation of a minor and five counts of third degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
Investigators from the Attorney General’s Office, Fort Mill Police Department, U.S. Secret Service, FBI and Homeland Security claim Walick distributed and possessed files of child sexual abuse material after receiving a report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, according to the release.
