However, expect one more night of freezing temperatures. Highs today will reach the mid 50s under sunny skies. Gradually warming under high pressure through the weekend. HighsΒ will reach the low 70s by Saturday. A cold front will slide through the region Sunday, but rain chances looking abysmal at this time. This means the drought will continue to worsen as dry weather continues through next week.
