Dry Streak Ended – It happened! Today we ended the 26 day dry streak at Charlotte Douglas. We picked up 0.01”.

–Β Saturday: AM scattered showers – mainly southeast of I-85. Most of the rain through the day will stay to our south.
–Β Sunday: First half of the day scattered showers. Again, mainly southeast of I-85.
Rain Totals:Β Not enough. 0 – 0.15”.
Burn BanΒ A burn ban continues for 30 counties in western North Carolina until further notice. This includes our counties in the High Country and Foothills along with Iredell, Catawba, Lincoln, Gaston and Mecklenburg counties. This means all burning permits for these counties have been canceled.

Tonight: Cloudy. Lows near 50. Wind: NE 5-15.
Veterans Day: Mostly cloudy. Scattered AM showers – most of the rain will be south of I-85. DependingΒ on where the front sets up, very slight rain chances could return late evening. Highs: Near 50.
Sunday: Mostly cloudy. Scattered showers possibleΒ through the first half of the day. Cool. Highs in the 50s.
Monday: Mostly sunny. Highs in the low 60s.
