Amber Alert Issued For Missing 2-Year-Old Child

RALEIGH, N.C. – An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing child in Harnett County. 2-year-old Rayilee Ariyah Rose Coleman was reported missing on November 23rd at 7:48 a.m.

The Harnett County Sheriff’s Office believe Rayilee is with her father, 37-year-old Dyatsy Oneal Coleman. The two were believed to be last seen at 181 Cocateil Lane in Dunn, North Carolina. Officials believe they are headed to the Newton Grove, Faison and Clinton area.

Rayilee stands approximately two-feet, eight-inches tall and weighs 27 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.

Officials believe she was last seen wearing a yellow dress with butterflies and flowers, blue tights and a black and white Hey Dude shoes. She also has a mole in her right armpit.

Dyatsy is approximately six-feet, one-inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Police say he was last seen wearing a black long sleeve thermal, blue jeans, a blue zip up coat, and black, white and red Fila shoes.

Police believe Dyatsy is traveling in a champagne 2009 Nissan Murano with a North Carolina license plate number KHS6596. The vehicle supposedly has blacked-out rims and tires.
