CONCORD, N.C. – The Concord Police Department is searching for 73-year-old man William Horn and is asking citizens to be on the look out for him.
William Horn
Horn was last seen at Embassy Suites 5400 John Q Hammons Dr. NW Concord, NC 28027 on November 24th and walking south from the hotel.
Horn is a 73-year-old black male, is 6’0″ tall and weighs 170 pounds. He has short black hair and brown eyes. His clothing description is a black jacket, grey pants, tan shirt and black shoes.
Horn is believed to be suffering from a cognitive impairment.
