Charity Bailey Gets A Sneak Peak Of The Rock Hill Christmas Parade

CHARLOTTE, N.C – The Christmas Parade returns to Downtown Rock Hill on Friday, December 1st. It’s a holiday tradition for the Hodges family. Ellie Hodges took Charity Bailey for a ride around town in her float and they stopped by some of her favorite places.
