7-Year-Old Girl Injured In Rock Hill Shooting

ROCK HILL, S.C. — A 7-year-old girl was injured in a shooting at an apartment complex in Rock Hill.

Police say they responded to a home on South Heckle Boulevard at the Market Place Apartments on Sunday, December 10th just after 7pm in reference to someone shooting into an apartment.

Upon arrival, a 7-year-old was found with a minor leg injury. EMS transported the child to Piedmont Medical Center. Police say the child was treated and released from the hospital.

Officers say they noticed several bullet holes in the apartment. No suspects have been arrested at this time. Anyone with information in this shooting is asked to call 803-329-7293.
