Suspect Charged With Murder In Lancaster Shooting
LANCASTER, S.C. – Police have charged the suspect responsible for the deadly shooting in Lancaster, South Carolina that left a 42-year-old man dead.
Gregory Scott Coleman, 52, has been identified as the suspect.
Police responded to Willow Lake Road in reference to a victim suffering from a gunshot wound. Police were notified of the shooting at around 4:20 p.m. on Wednesday, December 27th.
Upon arrival, officers noticed a male victim suffering from a gunshot wound in the road.
The victim, identified as Troy Moore, died from his injuries shortly after being transported to the hospital.
Coleman has been charged with murder and is being held at the Lancaster County Detention Center without bond.
