CHARLOTTE, N.C – The United States Postal Inspection Service is offering up to $150,000 in rewards for information that could lead to the arrest of a suspect wanted for robbing a USPS letter carrier.
The incident occurred at approximately 1:15 p.m. on Saturday, January 13th around East 18th Street in Charlotte.
The suspect is a black male in his 20s and is approximately six-feet tall with a thin build, according to a news release. He was seen wearing a black balaclava-type face covering, a black jacket and white athletic shoes.
The suspect is considered to be armed and dangerous. Anyone with information on this case is asked to contact the U.S. Postal Inspection Service at 1-877-876-2455.
