Christian McCaffrey Lists $12.5M Mansion In Mooresville For Sale

MOORESVILLE, N.C. – Former Carolina Panthers All-Pro running back Christian McCaffrey is selling his mansion in Mooresville, North Carolina for $12.5 million.

McCaffrey bought the mansion off Tennessee Circle in Mooresville on October 2nd, 2020 for $7.5 million, five million less than what he is listing it for now.

The Grand Lac Chateau, built in 2018, spans roughly 11,831 square feet and features six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. It also has multiple garages, an elevator, a home theater, private pool, heated spa and a boat dock accessing Lake Norman.

McCaffrey spent his first five and a half years in the league with the Panthers but was traded to the San Francisco 49ers in October 2022.

He is set to play in back-to-back NFC Championships with the 49ers hosting the Detroit Lions on Sunday.
