Alex Murdaugh Back In Court, Fights For New Trial

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – New details have emerged regarding how Alex Murdaugh’s fight for a new trial will play out next week.

Murdaugh is serving two life sentences for the deaths of his wife and son. His defense team claims that the Colleton County Clerk of Court tampered with the jury.

The judge presiding over the evidentiary hearing heard from one of the jurors from that murder trial.

The justice will examine the rest of the jurors on Monday.
