Update: Runaway 13-Year-Old Found Safe

LANCASTER, S.C. – The 13-year-old juvenile, who was last seen being dropped off from school on Thursday afternoon, has been found and is safe, according to the Lancaster Police Department.

LANCASTER, S.C. – The Lancaster Police Department is searching for a 13-year-old boy that ran away from home Thursday afternoon.

Arthur “Grant” Stacks was last heard from when he sent a text message Thursday afternoon. He was last seen being dropped off from school near the Oakleaf Apartments, adjacent to the Monroe Highway and Lancaster Bypass.

Stacks is 5-foot-4 and weighs approximately 120 pounds. He has reddish brown hair and was wearing blue jeans with holes at the knees and possibly a grey hoodie when he was last seen.

He has been missing for over 24 hours and his whereabouts are unknown at this time.
