CHARLOTTE, N.C. β A third victim, who was being treated at the hospital with life-threatening injuries, died as a result of their injuries sustained in a shooting in south Charlotte Saturday morning.
Nighstarr Trevor Luper, 25, died early Sunday morning as a result of the incident.
The two victims that were dead at the scene have been identified as Daron Polk, 32, and Walter Murillo, 26.
Police say the fourth victim is in stable but critical condition.
This shooting is still under investigation, but police say they are not looking for anyone else at this time.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. β Two people were killed and two others were sent to the hospital with life-threatening injuries following a shooting in south Charlotte.
It happened just after 3 a.m. on Saturday, January 27th off Lodge South Circle near East Arrowood Road. When officers arrived, they located four victims suffering from gunshot wounds.
MEDIC pronounced one person dead at the scene and another at the hospital, according to a news release. Two others were sent to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
No arrests have been made at this time.
This shooting remains under investigation.
