Man Arrested In Burke County For Producing, Distributing Child Pornography

BURKE COUNTY, N.C. – A Burke County man is facing three felony charges after allegedly producing and distributing child pornography. 

The sheriff’s office, along with the FBI, conducted an investigation at 3011 Ramblewoods Drive concerning the distribution of child pornography.

Zebulon Lingafelt, 27, was taken into custody without incident on Friday, February 2nd as a result of the investigation.

He was charged with first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, statutory sexual offense of a child by an adult and indecent liberties with a minor.

Lingafelt was issued a $25,000 bond for the indecent liberties with a minor charge. He did not receive a bond for the other two charges.

Lingafelt has a court date scheduled for Monday, February 5th.
