PICKENS, S.C. βΒ One person was killed in a single-vehicle crash on US 178 in Pickens County on Saturday night,Β according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
It happened around 11:38 p.m. on Saturday, February 3rd.
Authorities say a 2012 Audi was traveling east on US 178 near Knollwood Heights Road. The driver ran off the right side of the road and struck a tree.
The driver was the sole occupant of the vehicle and died as a result of their injuries.
