LENOIR, N.C. – The Lenoir Police Department is investigating an unattended death after a 33-year-old man was found dead in a park maintenance shed.
Around 9:29 a.m., officers responded to the J.E. Broyhill Walking Park at 945 Lakewood Circle in Lenoir on Wednesday, February 7th.
Police found Ervin Gene Bradshaw Jr. unresponsive near a park maintenance shed towards the back of the park’s property. Emergency responders later pronounced Bradshaw dead at the scene.
Police say there is no risk to the public, and the Broyhill Walking Park is open to visitors.
