Two Injured In Gastonia Shooting
GASTONIA, N.C. – Two people were shot in Gastonia Wednesday night after an argument turned physical, according to the Gastonia Police Department.
It happened along Betty Street near Union Road around 8 p.m.
Police say the shooting is due to a verbal disagreement between the two people. Both individuals are in custody and being treated for their injuries.
The injuries are believed to be non-life threatening, authorities said.
Police say this is an isolated incident, and there is no threat to the general public.
