Burke County Business Owner Charged With Fraud
BURKE COUNTY, N.C. – Authorities have charged a business owner in Burke County after allegedly receiving multiple fraud complaints involving his company.
Christopher Mark Collins Jr., 37, owns C.M.C. Home Solutions. Detectives are investigating the company after receiving multiple fraud complaints from the business.
Police obtained a felony warrant for obtaining property by false pretense on Collins, according to a news release.
Collins turned himself in on January 29th and received a $10,000 bond. He has a court date scheduled for February 19th in Morganton.
