Pedestrian Struck, Killed In South Carolina

GREER, S.C. – A pedestrian was hit and killed by an SUV in South Carolina on Thursday morning, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.

It happened around 7:30 a.m. on Brushy Creek Road near Greenville on Thursday, February 8th.

Police say a driver from Taylors, South Carolina operating a 1999 Jeep SUV was traveling east on Brushy Creek Road and struck the pedestrian.

The pedestrian died at the scene of the crash.
