It seems like the ground has been saturated for weeks! The time to dry out has not yet come. A low pressure system will start to bring rain overnight tonight. If you’re headed out to church in the morning, it’s looking wet. We may get a bit of a break in the afternoon before the rain cranks up again. Expect heavier rain Sunday night and into Monday. There could even be a few thunderstorms on Monday.
Remember, it’s still February but it will feel more like spring. There’s no winter weather with this system. We will be in the low 60s Sunday and Monday. The rain moves out by Tuesday but temperatures remain close to 60Β°.
