CHESTER COUNTY, S.C. – Deputies with the Chester County Sheriff’s Office have arrested a supposed fentanyl distributor in the Great Falls Area, according to a news release.
The release states that Narcotic Investigators identified David Lee as a fentanyl distributor and determined throughout the investigation that he was distributing the drug.
After a warrant was obtained for Lee’s residence on February 21, 2024, deputies say they found 48.2 grams of a substance believed to be fentanyl, 6.7 grams of a substance believed to be methamphetamine and one firearm.
Additionally, criminal charges were obtained for trafficking fentanyl, 4 grams or more, and two counts of distribution of a schedule II narcotic with warrants currently being sought for trafficking fentanyl, 28 grams or more, possession with intent to distribute of methamphetamine and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime, as said by deputies.
