MINT HILL, N.C. – A Mint Hill man has been charged with five felony counts of first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, according to the Mint Hill Police Department.
William Rafael Marin-Angel was arrested at his home on Thursday, February 22nd.
Marin-Angel was charged after police allegedly found incriminating images and videos on his electronic storage devices. However, police said there is no evidence that he engaged in direct physical contact with children or if the children knew the suspect.
Marin-Angel is being held on a $500,000 bond.
