Former WWE wrestler, Virgil died on Wednesday at the age of 61. He was widely remembered for his association with “The Million Dollar Man” Ted DiBiase and held the Million Dollar Championship in the 1990s. Virgil, whose real name is Michael Jones, had his last major televised appearance as “Soul Train Jones” for WWE rival, All Elite Wrestling in 2019, in stories with both Chris Jericho and Cody Rhodes. Jones has worked with WWE legends such as Roddy Piper, Sgt. Slaughter and Brett Hart who he wrestled against for the World Championship. He was also a member of the NWO during the Monday Night Wars in the late 1990s. The wrestling world mourned the loss of the wrestling legend through many social media posts and on-air tributes.
