SALISBURY, N.C. – David Brady, 29, was arrested and served an indictment for murder following the death investigation of his infant child, according to a news release.

Back in November 2020, Brady’s child died due to injuries connected to an assault while in his custody.
Brady was placed in the Rowan County Detention Center without bond.
