CHARLOTTE, N.C. – A portion of Sharon Road West in south Charlotte is closed due to a vehicle hitting a Duke Energy utility pole.
The road is closed between South Boulevard and Sharon Lakes Road.
Officials say the area will be closed until 9:30 p.m. tonight.
Drivers are asked to avoid this area at this time.
