Coroner: Rock Hill Vehicle Crash Leads To Four Deaths
ROCK HILL, S.C. – York County’s Coroner Office is investigating a vehicle crash which led to multiple fatalities, including twin three-year-olds, according to a news release.
The release states that on March 22, 2024, a vehicle driven by Kristen Agard, 39, crossed the center traffic line on Saluda Road and E. Highway 324 and struck another vehicle, driven by Tionese Hughes, 30. Hughes’ two children of three years old were also in the vehicle, according to the release, and one died on the way to the hospital and the other died later from the crash related injuries.
South Carolina Highway Patrol and the Coroner’s Office will continue to investigate the crash.
