CHARLOTTE, N.C. β The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police DepartmentΒ are investigating after a man died following an alleged assault in West Charlotte.
Officers responded to a call on Forestbrook Drive around 8:40 p.m. on Wednesday.
Upon arrival, officers witnessed a man who sustained physical injury. The victim was transported to the hospital by MEDIC where he was pronounced dead.
