CLOVER, S.C. – The York County Coroner’s Office investigated a traffic fatality of a 16-year-old on April 9 on Kingsburry Road, near Highway 55, according to a news release.
The release states that Sami Fayad, 16, left the roadway and struck a tree and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Pathology and toxicology results are pending and South Carolina Highway Patrol will investigate the crash.
