Statesville Man Arrested On Child Pornography Charges

STATESVILLE, N.C. – A man out on bond for sexual exploitation of a minor is back behind bars following an ongoing investigation into child pornography, according to the Statesville Police Department.

Authorities conducted a search warrant at Joshua Adam Lane’s residence in Statesville on Tuesday, March 9th. Lane was arrested for 10 outstanding warrants for third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.

Officials said they seized additional evidence at Lane’s home and that more charges could be issued as the investigation continues.

Lane received a $100,000 secured bond for the charges. He was previously out on bond from a 2022 charge for second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
