Suspect Arrested, $300,000 Of Cocaine Seized Following Drug Trafficking Investigation In Gaston County
CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Police arrested one man and seized approximately $300,000 in cocaine following a month’s long investigation into drug trafficking, according to the Gaston County Police Department.
Paul Samuel Culbreth III was arrested on Monday, April 1st.
An investigation into the illegal distribution of cocaine led Gastonia authorities to Culbreth’s home on Heatherton Drive off Union Road.
There, police said they seized three kilograms of cocaine, valued at approximately $300,000.
Culbreth is facing the following drug trafficking charges:
- Trafficking Cocaine, 2 counts
- Conspiring To Traffic Cocaine
- Maintaining A Dwelling For Trafficking Cocaine
- Possession With Intent To Manufacture, Sell And Deliver Cocaine
