CHARLOTTE, N.C. – A woman has been arrested and charged with murder following a shooting early Friday morning.
Police responded to a call on South Tryon Street around 3 am. Upon arrival, police located the victim, identified as 45-year-old Jamal Dade.
Dade was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
Police identified 41-year-old Semeka Dade as the suspect in this case.
Dade was transferred into the custody of the Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office.
