CHARLOTTE, N.C. – One person is dead and another is in the hospital following a fatal crash on I-77 overnight, according to Medic.
It happened around 3 a.m. on I-77 around mile marker 14 near the Sunset Road exit.
Medic said one person died at the scene. The other was transported to Novant Presbyterian with serious injuries.
No further details were released.
