Albemarle Man Charged In Deadly Road Rage Shooting At Myrtle Beach

ALBEMARLE, N.C. – An Albemarle man has been charged with murder after allegedly shooting a man during a road rage incident on Saturday at Myrtle Beach.

Officers with the Myrtle Beach Police Department say they responded to a call for service on North Ocean Boulevard around 10:49 p.m.

Further investigation revealed the suspect, identified as 44-year-old Anthony Garner was involved in an altercation with an associate of the victim, according to a news release.

Police say during the incident Garner fired his weapon fatally striking the victim.
