βThe Board Member of the Year is selected annually by a committee comprised of staff members from the Catawba Regional Council of Governments. We are deeply grateful to the selection committee for serving as an impartial third-party panel in this selection process.
Without their assistance, we would find it impossible to choose just one of our volunteers for this award, as all of them truly deserve this recognition,β states Dennis Marstall, County Administrator.
The annual Board Member of the Year event is held by Lancaster County to recognize the more than 170 volunteers that serve on the 23 Boards and Commissions created by the Lancaster County Council.
