CHARLOTTE, N.C. β A revision to the Mecklenburg County Air Pollution Control Ordinance (MCAPCO) was approved by the Mecklenburg County Board of County Commissioners on June 4, 2024. With this revision, the MCAPCO 1.5231 regulation was updated to reflect Consumer Price Index fee adjustment methodology as calculated in the federal Clean Air Act.
