CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Detectives are investigating a homicide on Glenwood Drive in west Charlotte, according to a news release.
The release states that on June 16, 2024, officers responded to an assault with a deadly weapon call and found a woman, identified as 27-year-old Michelle Schechter, with a gunshot wound on Glenwood Drive. The victim was transported a hospital and was pronounced dead.
